improvement of general fitness, sporting performance & training for a specific event; stress management; also specialising in rehabilitation - for back and neck pain; sporting, musculoskeletal and general injuries as well to assist in improving posture, core and trunk stability. We take an active approach to injury rehabilitation and prevention, as well as to the development and maintenance of your health and well being.
