Hi there, My name is Michael Daniel McCartin. I've been a Professional Musician for the last 18 years, and have lived and played in Australia and Overseas during this time. I have seen some amazing places that most people would only dream of going, and I have met and worked with some amazing people (some famous, some not).

I really enjoy talking and working with people, finding out their story, and always thought, wow, I need to get a camera and capture these moments, but it wasn't untill my wife Kim and I had our first baby, a daughter named Shelby, that totally changed my world and the way I looked at things. I thought this is it. It's time to get a camera.

A few years later (and a baby boy named Jeb) here I am. I got the camera to capture our kids. Then a friend called to say they like my photos and they wanted me to do a photoshoot for them, then their friends, and before you know it I've been all over Australia, shooting anything from Weddings, Musicians and Entertainers, Family Portraits, pretty much anything.

I honestly love working with people and the thrill of getting THAT shot is something I never thought would excite me as much as it does.

I hope this tells you a little about myself, and I hope that one day I can capture that moment for you.
