Access 2 Speech Pathologists are passionate and care about helping children, teenagers and adults with their speech, language, literacy, swallowing, fluency and voice concerns. Providing individual assessments and therapy across a range of areas including speech and language delays, phonological speech sound errors, phonological awareness and literacy difficulties, lisp and difficulties with speech, adolescent language, social skills and AAC, fluency (stuttering) and voice concerns. Sessions available face to face and via telehealth for rural and remote clients.

Every child, teenager and adult has the right to communicate effectively in everyday life. At times communication and swallowing concerns can be challenging; I'm here to help and provide access! Whether it's for speech, language, literacy, fluency, voice or safe swallowing for children, teenagers or adults let's work together to achieve better. I'm a positive professional who believes in the possibility of more. My priority is helping, enhancing and extending and if I find you are better suited to a different therapy, I will always help you with the pathway to access that.

Access 2 Speech clinic is in Launceston, Tasmania, mobile appointments can be arranged, although limited. Access to healthcare is important for all of us which is why we also offer telehealth services for clients in rural and remote areas.
With years experience as a Speech Pathologist, Nutritionist and Educator, Karen will collaborate with you and your family toward achieving your goals. Karen is here to help you access your communication and swallowing needs. Through a comprehensive assessment, Access 2 Speech Pathology works to understand the underlying concerns you may have with communication and swallowing. An individualised treatment plan is developed and implemented in collaboration with the client and their family and seeking support from other health professionals may occur.
