Crest tutoring was founded in 2022 with the vision to bring high quality one on one education to students of the Illawarra.

Matt Nolan, the founder of Crest Tutoring, holds a PhD in applied mathematics, is a former lecturer at the University of Sydney, and has nearly a decade of experience in private tutoring in a variety of subjects. Knowing how important individualised tutoring is for a complete education, the decision to start Crest Tutoring was made after discovering the lack of high quality personalised tutoring in the region.

We strive to provide our students not just with the knowledge to pass an upcoming exam, but with a lifelong passion and enthusiasm for learning, to have a lasting positive impact throughout the rest of our students' lives.

Our first objective is always to inspire a love of learning in each of our students. The ability to really inspire is the secret ingredient that makes one on one tutoring so valuable. By filling gaps in a student's understanding and filling them with the confidence to learn more, we build a strong foundation which our students are able to use to catch up to and even surpass their peers.

We offer regular one on one in-home or online support from experts in the areas where our students are struggling.
