My approach is to tailor my treatment to your body's needs. I work intuitively to find the spots that require release, to give you the relief you seek. I provide a fantastic Relaxation Massage, soothing and always with your comfort in mind. I will implement your after treatment care and information, so you can have that prolonged comfort afterwards.
I encapsulate caring, compassion and intuition, and adapt the massage to suit your body's needs. I can modify the massage to amalgamate relaxation, whilst working on knots and tight muscles to soften and relieve any discomfort. I can also include some Sports Massage (stretching) to give you a much longer and more flexible feeling of wellbeing.
​I have also completed my Reiki 1, which I will integrate into the massage in areas where necessary.
