Lighthouse Youth Support is a Mental Health and Wellbeing practice, based on the NSW Central Coast, catering for teens, youth and young adults. Michele Gower supports adolescents and their families over a range of topics including: anxiety, depression, school issues, self esteem, confidence, relationships, behaviour and more. We provide a non-judgmental environment, operating from Christian values, and work with a strengths based and solutions-focused approach. We believe that regardless of past or present circumstances, given the right support, everyone has the capacity to thrive.

Lighthouse Youth Support is a faith-based Mental Health and Well being practice for young people, located on the beautiful Central Coast of NSW, Australia.

We offer carefully created workshops, courses, webinars, programs and online resources as well as one to one appointments, which help youth (aged approx 15 to 25) and their families in a variety of key areas including:
