Pearls de Tahiti was founded by Cathy Quesnot in 2001. Born in France, she spent 15 years in Tahiti surrounded by pearl farms. Her extensive knowledge of pearls comes from her father, who was a pearl farmer in the island of Manihi, Tuamotu Archipelago.
