Owned and operated by local residents, John Seru (aka Vulcan - International Gladiator, TV, film and Pro-Wrestling personality) and his wife Christina (Deg.App.Sc.Ex.Sc - Gym, weight training and bodybuilding background since the early 80's). Their son Zaac now heads the team and together with their extensive knowledge of gym equipment, they offer the community a friendly expert service with advice on fitness training and the best equipment choices for all members of your family.
