Classes cater for beginner's or fighters, all welcome.
Classes are 1.5 hours long and suitable for ages 11yrs and above (they area bit too long for little ones)
Price is $10 per class (1.5hr) or $30 for a personal training/one on one session (1 hr)
Class days change due to shift work, please keep your eye on the face book page for training schedules/notifications. PT's can be arranged, please phone or message for more information or to organise.
