We are here for you when you have had enough of; chronic pain, anxiety, panic, depression, addiction, poor health, over weight, struggling with knowing what to do, or who to be.

Our spiritual counselling and guidance is a journey on the middle path, with; meditation, mindfulness, inner child work at the unconcious level, with Buddhist symbols /philosophy to move towards bliss.
