I provide professional bodywork therapies (combining the wisdom of the East and the West) to assist on your journey of wellbeing, allowing you to feel lighter, more relaxed, more energised and your mind to feel clearer.
Everyone has an amazing innate ability to bring the body and mind back into balance. I am just the facilitator. This is why my practice is called Synergy - the notion of working together.
I offer professional therapies in Shiatsu, Massage and Reiki.
Shiatsu has been described as Acupuncture without needles, as it is based on the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine. It combines Eastern and Western philosophy, science and intuition, ancient and modern. So many people seem to be affected by health issues (migraines, digestive issues, fatigue, infertility) which Western medicine sometimes struggles to address effectively. Many of these people are turning to alternative therapies for solutions.
Clients have the option of seeing me at two clinics, either a lovely serene mountain cottage at Hazelbrook (women only) or at Warrimoo.
I also offer corporate massage, gift vouchers and home visits.
As a former Colour Designer and Architect, my clients can be assured of professionalism in every aspect of their dealings with me, and a lovely ambience of the treatment space.
