With a strong belief that compassion and healing touch are necessities on a journey towards health, Aisha has adopted a holistic approach in facilitating healing by using acupuncture, massage therapy, herbs and other Chinese Medicine modalities.
After 10 years working in allied health, she embraces the philosophy that dis-ease arises when the different body systems are imbalanced. This not only limits to the physical body, but extends also to the emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of our being. In her treatments she works on harmonising these imbalances and provide support for good health and wellbeing.
She is experienced in addressing areas such as musculoskeletal conditions, pain management, seasonal allergies, stress and chakra balancing. She has worked with different organisations from nursing homes, hospice care, clinical settings and sports events to offer a range of sessions from relaxation to pain relief.
