Relaxation Massage

Also known as Swedish Massage, Relaxation Massage is wonderfully relaxing for the mind and body. This therapy is also beneficial for releasing toxins from the body and good for your general health and well-being. Remedial Massage

If you have an injury, Remedial Massage can assist with the healing process. Remedial Massage involves deep tissue and trigger point therapies as well as stretching the muscles. It is fantastic for people involved in sport or anyone who has an ongoing injury. Remedial Massage is also great for pre-event, inter-competition, post-event and regular recovery from physical activity.
