Water Lily House specialises in Traditional Thai Massage, which uses authentic Thai techniques that are strong and vigorous. The massage is performed on the floor and involves stretching the back, neck, shoulders and legs while applying firm pressure to muscles allowing good blood flow.

This is a hard and strong massage - you should experience sore muscles for up to two days, which will later soften out leaving you feeling loose and flexible.

If you would prefer a gentler massage, try our Relaxation massage. This is an oil based massage that is soft, gentle and relaxing, with your choice of mild or medium pressure.

It involves slow hand movements that stimulates the build up of endorphins, helping create a deep sense of calm.
