Bookkeeping service for companies, trusts, partnerships, sole traders and clubs using Xero or Reckon Accounts (Quickbooks) backed by 20 years of experience as a chartered accountant in public practice. I can work onsite or remotely from my home office. Very strong Excel skills to review existing spreadsheets or create new management reports (e.g. sales analysis, profitsbility anaylsis, budgets (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow etc). Located in Gundy

I provide a range of bookkeeping services including :-

1 preparation of BASs
2 preparation and commentary on periodic management reports (P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow)
3 Review of existing, and development of new financial management reports in Excel
4 Reconciliations including bank recs, debtors, creditors, payroll items, fixed assets etc
5 Accounts receivable processing, reporting and management
6 Accounts payable processing, reporting and management
7 Inventory processing, reporting and management
8 Payroll processing, reporting and management
9 Preparation of annual financial statements

My passion is providing meaningful and timely management information to help the business owners and managers make more informed decisions to improve the business's performance.

I have very strong Excel skills which I use to both review existing spreadsheets (for calculation errors, efficiency and security) and develop new spreadsheets especially, but not limited to, management reports such as sales analysis, costs analysis, business profitability and viability analysis.

I have experience with Xero, Reckon, Quickbooks and MYOB accounting programs.

I work with all types of legal structures including, companies, trusts, partnerships, sole traders and clubs.

My service is backed by 20 years of experience as a partner with a firm of chartered accountants.

I am retired Chartered Accountant and live in Gundy.

I can work at your office (I am happy to travel up to 50kms from Gundy) or alternatively from my home office in Gundy.
