Project Management

Providing the Project Manager and Architectural Services department with technical and relevant industry standards advice through the process of project documentation.

During the construction of large capital projects the Construction Supervisor would maintain a detailed record / diary of works in progress documenting works being undertaken and what location , attendance on site by the builder and sub contractors, potential delays to the construction programme, details of weather conditions, all written and verbal instructions from both Project Manager and consulting team and all documentation issued to the builder.

Weekly written and photographic reports of each project, summarising progress to date and type of work being undertaken.
