When you visit Synergy Physio Co, you will realise that we do physiotherapy differently.
We want to understand WHY your body is not working as it should. That's why we will spend up to an hour with you at your initial consult. We need to know lots of details about any previous injuries or medical problems you've had, so that we can piece your unique puzzle together.
We will then carefully assess your body from head to foot and work out exactly where your key problem areas are, and where we need to intervene with treatment. We will also conduct a full biomechanical assessment to correct any abnormal movement patterns and strategies that you may have developed. We will provide you with a diagnosis and teach you WHY the problem has occurred. We will create a detailed plan for your recovery.
Our treatment is gentle but powerful. Our treatment will promote the healing of tissue, decrease pain and improve ease of movement.
