BOOT CAMP
Boot Camp is a fun, motivating military style outdoor training program designed to challenge all aspects of health and fitness. Its 6 weeks of intense training that will give you visible results. It consists of 12 x 1hr session’s run twice a week. It is run completely outdoors. Safe program design with emphasis on cardio fitness and functional strength. A focus on pushing through the mental barriers to achieve more from your training. Motivation comes through working as a team and encouraging each other.
You will see and feel the difference in 3 weeks. On day one of the course we put all recruits through a Basic Fitness Assessment (BFA) allowing us to cater to your level and place each recruit into a team depending on his/her individual fitness level.

Semaphore / Largs Beach
Thursday 6am – 7.15am
Saturday 6.30am – 7.45am
$150 for Members & return recruits for 12 sessions
$75 for 6 sessions
$180 for non member for 12 sessions
$90 for 6 sessions
CARDIO BOXING
Outdoor boxing run on the foreshore at Semaphore Beach, south side of the jetty.
Session times are 6.45pm on Tuesday nights.
Cost $10 per session if attending Boot camp or bought in a 5 session pass ($ 15 a casual visit)
Gloves and focus mitts are supplied.
RUNNING GROUP
City to Bay training - our running group is on Tuesday mornings at 6.15am from Semaphore Jetty. All fitness levels welcome.
