Douglas Swain 6th Degree is a registered international instructor with the ITF, previous Australian coach and has more than 20 years experience in Taekwon-Do, fitness and personal training. Doug's Dojang Taekwon-do Club trains in North Rockhampton on Tuesday evenings and Saturday afternoons. After an absence of 3 years I have now permanently established myself back in Rockhampton.

Since 2002, I have been a TKD instructor/coach for clubs, individuals, national/international champions and was privileged to coach the Australian national team twice. For over two decades I have been conducting personal training sessions for individuals and groups at various fitness clubs and sporting clubs. I also have expertise in professional development relating to self-defence and awareness for individual and corporate clients.

I have founded two TKD clubs in Rockhampton which were then gifted to other instructors; mentored two local instructors in establishing their own successful clubs and supported the development of several other clubs across Queensland.

I'm available to assist all TKD practitioners in the region. This includes conducting private training in TKD, self-defence and fitness by invitation or arrangement, and subject to availability. I'm also available for corporate and group bookings - please message me on FB or call 0439 383 715.
