Growing up in Sweden, in a family that new the importance the forest played in life and living, it was impossible for Yenny not to have an affiliation with wood craft. Her father built log cabins, shaped wood and whittled branches in his spare time, while her mother had a unique art aesthetic, making quirky gifts from collected birch and pine.
After 10 years working as a professional photographer in Australia, Yenny felt a craving to work in a new medium and started designing products that were made from wood, and laser engraved with her photography.
