Melbourne Health Training Services has operated in Bentleigh East since 2003 and offers a range of health related training and professional services. Exercise rehabilitation is available to organizations and the general public. This includes pre and post surgery fitness assessments, exercises programs, soft tissue treatment, therapeutic massage and exercise physiology.

Personal Training
A fully functional, modern gymnasium is available for personal training and fitness groups. All of the programs are conducted by a registered exercise physiologist accredited by the Australian Association of Exercise and Sport Scientists. Medical rebates are available. 

Nationally Accredited Courses
MHTS is a registered training organization and runs courses in Certificate 3 and 4 in Fitness, First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training, food safety, Responsible Serving Alcohol, Medical reception/administration.
