We take a holistic approach to helping you achieve your goals, which involves us collaborating with other support workers and professionals you're working with, instead of being siloed away like many others.

This allows us to get to know your strengths and the areas you need extra support in, so we can help you develop strategies with the best chance of success.

All of our coaches and trainers have a close personal connection to people with disabilities, if they don't have one themselves, and have lived experience in the areas they coach in.

We are a group of like-minded people with a similar social commitment towards the community. This community engagement and social commitment led to the establishment of a caring organisation called Wellcare Australia.Since 2016, Wellcare has been dedicated to providing unwavering supports to individuals with psychosocial disabilities, along with their caregivers and families, embracing every moment of our journey.

Wellcare Australia is committed to ensure that our participants can live their lives with dignity, respect, choice, and control. We established our long term recovery accomodations (SIL) to assist our participants live as independently as possible by providing adequate and appropriate supports and accomodations suited to their needs.

Wellcare offers disability care that stands out from the rest. Our unique care homes were developed in collaboration with individuals living with a disability and as such, provide a space where our participants can feel truly at ease. At Wellcare, we understand that empathy is the most important value in delivering the best care possible to those with diverse needs. We pride ourselves on providing Person Centered care that emphasises the important connection between the participant and career.
