As a degree-qualified naturopath based at Lower Mountains Health & Healing in Blaxland, Blue Mountains, NSW (also available online), I combine the best of naturopathy's traditional wisdom and practice with the latest scientific research to ensure best outcomes for my clients. I employ a range of modalities in my clinical practice, including herbal medicine, nutritional medicine, and dietary and lifestyle supports, and work with clients of all ages, genders and life stages and with a broad range of health symptoms, conditions and goals.

In addition, I offer individually tailored therapeutic Yoga consultations, regular group Yoga classes, personal and planetary health and healing workshops and events, and medicinal/edible landscaping consultations to my beautiful local clients and community (Blue Mountains, Penrith/Nepean and Hawkesbury areas).
