I am a hypnotherapist specialising in HeartEnergetix and a Reiki Practitioner, helping my clients become their true self and empowering each and every one on their own healing journey. During a HeartEnergetix session you will be guided safely into your subconscious using relaxation techniques. Once gained full access to your subconscious we can then travel to a point in time where the issue and belief begun. I will guide you safely while engaging different healing techniques where you release and transform your conditioning. You will be fully guided and supported on your own journey of healing.

Although under trance, you will be fully aware of what is happening. Letting go of your conscious mind and allowing whatever surfaces from within, will achieve the greatest healing during your session. As a therapist I will hold you safely throughout what may emerge, whilst you might experience some discomfort emotionally, the rewards of releasing whatever needs to be released can be life changing.

Kylie's areas of special interest are fertility, pre and post conception care as well as hormonal support in all age groups. Pain management, stress and mental health support are also areas in which she commonly offers support to her patients, not to mention headaches / migraines, sinus and allergies, immune and digestive support as well.

Yvette is our experienced and highly sought-after remedial massage therapist. She has a diverse set of skills, which include manual lymphatic drainage, hot stone massage, Hawaiian massage, Swedish relaxation massage and the more specialised areas of pregnancy massage and oncology massage. Yvette is passionate about working with chronic health conditions, such as MS, chronic pain, and chronic fatigue... but she also loves working with many other varied musculoskeletal conditions and providing relaxation massages for greater mental health.

Jo is a remedial massage therapist who is passionate about getting to the underlying cause of ailments, working holistically to treat beyond the pain you present with. Jo will work with you to create an individualised treatment plan to suit your needs and desired outcomes. In addition to massage (remedial or relaxation), she can provide treatment with hot stones, cupping, percussive therapy (Theragun), as well as movement therapy.
