Short Interval Control (Fewzion)
Fewzion's "actuals" app puts the plan squarely in the hands of the supervisor via a tablet or on their phone. Doing Short Interval Control with Fewzion means frontline leaders are more aware of how their process is performing against the plan and can act to address issues before they become waste.

Visual Operations (Visual Ops)
Our Visual Ops system has been developed to report identified hazards in real time and real space. Using specially designed software users can create hazard alerts on smart devices in the field and immediately risk rate and pin drop their location on a base map of your operation. This is then displayed on smart devices or large screens in public pre-start or crib rooms so all workers can see and zoom in to the hazards in their work area.
