As a qualified Life Coach, NLP Practitioner, Time Line Therapist, Hypnotherapist, Yoga Teacher & Counsellor, I draw on a variety of proven techniques to heal past blocks/traumas and reprogram the unconscious & conscious mind
This means clients are able to build a solid foundation of confidence, empowerment & resilience from which they can create health, happiness, inner peace, love & confidence in their world.
