Who We Are
Hi! I'm Bec, I am a qualified Reiki Master and Crystal Dreaming Practitioner, and the founder of Ethereal Embrace. I am here to guide you on a transformation journey of self discovery and acceptance in the hope that you too may see and experience the magic that life has to offer.
My desire to guide others stems from my own battles with depression, anxiety and an inability to truly love and accept myself. Through study and spiritual practice, I was able to connect with my inner light, releasing the wounds of my past in the process.
It's my hope that through my offerings, you too can connect with your own inner light and walk the path towards self realisation, acceptance and love

Kappatalize Wellness was started by Helen Reed over 12 years ago, where she run holistic fitness classes and helped thousands of people transform their approach to their health and well being. Helen continued to expand her love for learning, and evolved into connecting each of her experiences as a fitness instructor, health coach, change coach and Yoga, Meditation and Mindfulness teach to take a holistic approach to health and wellbeing. Kappatalize Wellness evolved to help people undertake a holistic approach to their lives - connecting body, mind and spirit.

Helens classes focus on mind body connection through practices such as Flow Movement, Yoga and VInyassa Flow, Yogalates, Meditation and Mindfulness, tantra yoga and embodiment practices, and general fitness and wellbeing.

Learning to immerse yourself in your life through these practices will bring a centred, balanced and mindful approach to how you go about your day.
