Lessons are aimed at supporting students to come online with their chosen instrument and find confidence and consistency in their practice and expression.
Each instrumental learning process has been broken down into easy to follow steps which are offered to the students in a way which are easy to digest and integrate to provide a foundation for the next phase of learning. The goal is to access confident free expression, whether it is playing intuitively and instinctively, or from sheet music. The ultimate goal is to foster seamless expression from your true essence, internal felt sense of joy and passion and oneness with the sound and the instrument.

Unfortunately, there is a grounding and anchoring process to achieve that state, which involves regular and structured practice of the core skills of your chosen instrument. It's mega simple, but requires your commitment to regular practice.

Troy has been playing and teaching instruments for over 20 years and they have played a key role in his own well-being and transformation
He has also learned several mind-body integration techniques such as EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), Matirx Reimprinting, The work of Byron Katie, Reiki Energy Healing, Yoga, and Qi Gong.
