Kinesiology is for everybody! The young, the elderly, unwell people athletes. Kinesiology can help with stress and anxiety, hormonal issues,nutritional issues, digestive problems, sore muscles and points, postural issues, learning problems and so much more. Kinesiology is effective at removing stress from our body because the practitioner does not decideand the process of the session. Instead, the clients body gives all the needed information to the practitioner to be acted upon through muscle monitoring. During your initial session I will explain how Kinesiology works and all of the steps that I will be undertaking during your session. The session usually takes about one and a half hours. Subsequent sessions are usually of a duration of one hour.
