Our menus are written around the seasonal produce available to us in the Southern Highlands and beyond. Our cooking classes are intimate and we are able to take your requests into consideration when writing the menu for the class.
We love teaching people how to cook food that they wouldn’t usually be brave enough to try on their own. Some of our favourite cuisines that we teach in our cooking classes are Italian, French, Spanish, Greek, Moroccan and Asian.
