Kaizen Martial Arts is an integrated system of Self Defense. It was developed for kids and adults from the traditions and techniques of Shotokan Karate, the Power of Kodokan Judo and the ground grappling and submissions of Jiu Jitsu. We service Wyndham Vale, Werribee, Hoppers Crossing, Tarneit, Point Cook and surrounding areas such as Bacchus Marsh and Melton. The first 4 lessons are free for you children to trial our system.
