ABOUT ME:
Hi, my name is Lauren and I'm your local naturopath in Bacchus Marsh. I am part of the alumnus at the Southern School of Natural Therapies where I studied naturopathy. I have been immersed in natural health for over five years and enjoy the benefits living to the best I can. I continue to study and keep updated on the latest research. I will work with you to help treat and relieve any stress or concerns you have but also work to find the cause. Bringing you back to your vital self to allow your body to self heal. I have a particular love for food and enjoy being in the kitchen creating and exploring foods and hope to bring you inspiration to use food as part of your therapy to a healthier you.
I incorporate herbal and nutritional medicine, homoeopathy, and diet and lifestyle coaching into practice. I focus on educating individuals about the body and teaching them how to make the best choices to prevent disease, and achieve wellness and vitality. I am a member with the National Herbalist Association of Australia & Australian Natural Therapists Association, and am registered with all major private health insurance funds, allowing rebates on consultations.
