My name is Christine Dinas and I am the founder of Awaken Hypnotherapy based in Rosebud, Mornington Peninsula . As a Certified Licensed Hypnotherapist , Counsellor and Personal Success Coach she has been helping people change their lives for over 25 years now.

Some years ago, I started my own journey in personal development. It was my genuine desire to heal the feeling of lack of self-love, which was holding me back. Hypnosis helped me successfully reduce anxiety, turn down the volume of the inner critic and build my confidence to achieve a whole life transformation.
