My name is Bella and I help clients find relief from pain, muscular tension and general stress. I am a heart-centred person who works on your body thoroughly (including deep tissue), mindfully (with full presence), intuitively and energetically. I have over 14 years experience, and continue my professional education each year. I'm passionate about holistic healing - being a massage therapist, holistic counsellor, coach/guide and energy healer. I am trauma-informed and offer a safe healing space where your body can fully relax, and you can feel rejuvenated and blissful.

Massage modalities offered include: Remedial Massage (including pregnancy), Aromatherapy massage, Relaxation massage, Oncology Massage. Also offering Five Element Acupressure (energy healing), and Sound Healing.

When you come to me for a massage you are receiving nurturing touch. Effective techniques are used that reduce or eliminate your tension and pain, and improve your mobility. Massage with the right practitioner can also be really good for your nervous system and reduces stress hormones, while increasing feel good hormones such as endorphins, anandamide, oxytocin, serotonin and dopamine.

My clients tell me that I find all the right spots; that they feel deeply relaxed during and after treatment; and that their tension or pain is gone. I have also completed a Diploma in Holistic Counselling, and work as a Holistic Counsellor. Therefore I am uniquely qualified to work with people who have anxiety and with people who hold trauma in their bodies. I am trauma-informed and work with people with trauma.
