*Our Smallgoods selection is comprehensive with 12 different varieties of salami and 6 different types of cured whole muscle including Coppa, Capocollo, Bresaolo, Lonzino, Lomo Di Cerdo, Pancetta Arrotolata and our famous Beef Jerky all hand crafted in store by the only qualified Smallgoods Makers in Esperance. On top of that we have a range of approximately 45 different Gourmet Sausages - the most popular being our Gluten Free BBQ sausages followed closely by Cheese & Vegemite, Bush Chook and Bacon Double Cheeseburger sausages.
