We are a personal training studio located in the heart of Guildford.

We offer 2 forms of training at our Exoflow facility. Traditional strength and conditioning training modalities as well as the newer and modern whole body EMS training.

Our goal with EMS personal training is to give people a health and performance boost that far outweighs traditional training methods alone. We are the first EMS training facility to open in Guildford offering this personal training modality.

Unlike other EMS training facilities we understand the importance of combining both traditional methods with the modern to reach the ultimate goals you desire. The EMS training is an action packed 20 minute workout that has the benefits of a 90 minute traditional gym session.
