At one stage I was a very large women tipping the scales at 120kg. This occurred after having my first child and getting into a comfort zone and really lying to myself that I was only a "little" overweight nothing really wrong with me. It was when I looked at a photo of me when I first met my husband and saw how much weight I truly had put on. I knew I had to do something and I wasnt after a quick fix. I decided to really make a change in my life and get into fitness.
I decided to become a PT to help other people just like me. I wont try to sell you false hope, I will be realistic and dedicated to your needs.
