Hi, I'm Steve Zekic. I am a personal trainer in Penrith. I utilise many of my skills to help get my clients their results. I am also a functional patterns practitioner, crossfit coach, nutrition coach and more. I operate out of the gym at Zoo Fitness, In the park outdoors and at my home studio in Penrith.
I want to be a useful and productive member of our community with thriving and vibrant health for as long as a can.... and this must start with how I move.... with intention. This is why I use a particular methodology for training now as it targets the specific, not a cookie cutter approach.

WE BEGIN OUR SESSIONS WITH A STEP BY STEP PROCESS:
1. Myofascial Release Techniques (MFR)
- Promote hydration of muscles, decompression of the spine and joints, and release restrictions and adhesions that are common in causing pain in the body.
- Release restrictions in prelude to map out new fascia/muscle associations/connections/chains.
2. Corrective Exercise
Correcting standing and moving posture to bring the body back into alignment using corrective and foundational exercises.
This is where we biomechanically integrate the body by synchronizing new fascia/muscle chains and sling systems that are not moving the body optimally.
3. Dynamic Movement
