Ladybug Academy is a small team of passionate educators who travel from Sydney, Central Coast and Newcastle to Preschools, Childcare, Community Centres, Vacation Care and more to deliver our fun and engaging educational incursions. We focus on important current topics to help children develop a social consciousness towards developing a better world. Our programs are suitable for toddlers, preschoolers, kindergarten and vacation care.

We focus on important current topics to help children develop a social consciousness towards developing a better world. Our programs are suitable for toddlers, preschoolers, kindergarten and vacation care.

Our areas of expertise include;

• Our extensive EcoBUGS incursion program focuses on the environment and sustainability encouraging all children to take responsibility for looking after our precious world. We offer a variety of one-off incursions focusing on;
o Reducing, Reusing and Recycling,
o Preserving our water supplies and keeping it clean & free from plastic,
o The important role insects and worms play in our backyard ecosystems including composting.
We also offer a 10-week program taking a deep dive into the most important
environmental topics facing our children today.

• Our TravelBUGS incursion program explores the rich diversity of cultures across our world and allows each child to develop an appreciation for the wider global community. With both a one-off incursion taking the children on a Treasure Hunt around the world, and a 10-week program visiting a new country each week, we explore the world with dance, art, movement and fun.

• Our one-off ScienceBUG incursion brings the fascinating world of dinosaurs and volcanoes to your budding little scientists. With real experiments, exploding volcanoes, buried fossils and shooting rockets this jam-packed incursion is one not to miss!
• Our HealthBUGS incursion encourages each child to take responsibility for their own health and wellbeing. During our exciting jungle adventure we learn how to eat, drink, move and relax to be happy and healthy.
