Ashley Douglas is a father and son business with over 75 years of collective experience. We operate in the Heritage listed Brisbane Arcade on Queen Street, Brisbane.

Through our onsite design studio workshop, we design, manufacture and finish custom jewellery in Brisbane. To ensure the highest quality and attention to detail is achieved, we have bucked the offshore manufacturing trend, and instead manufacture everything personally in our workshop, or through local Australian manufacturers where possible.



Ashley is a second generation, traditionally trained bench Jeweller who started out in a production workshop for Michael Hill International. in 1999 he moved across to his fathers manufacturing business where he worked a jewellery assembler and polisher. In 2004 he moved to another company called Stones Jewellers where he handled handmaking and repairs. He moved Overseas to further develop his skills in working with high end Jewellery and mastering the art of working in Platinum. Returning in 2007 he merged with Douglas to create the brand that is today. Today Dougs Daughter and Ashleys Sister handles all of the intricate Diamond and Gem setting and Ashley's and Doug's roles range from client consultations to production management and Marketing.
