Snips and Snoozes accepts only docile dogs, and caters especially for dogs that are fussy eaters, first-time boarders or otherwise require special handling.
Snips and Snoozes has recently built specially designed luxury kennels which stay warm in winter and cool in summer. Each suite features two areas -a sleeping area equipped with a flea-proofer trampoline bed, and a covered exercise and play area for use when the weather is unsuitable for outdoor play.
Snips and Snoozes exercises its boarding dogs frequently, using grassed play areas of at least 100 square metres. Sociable dogs are exercised in groups of 2-5. Dogs that do not mix well are exercised in their own play area. During hot weather care is taken to exercise dogs at the cool times of the day.
Snips and Snoozes also offers a range of additional services at modest cost. These include hydobathing and grooming. Long-term boarders will receive a complementary hydrobath on departure.
