Dr. Max Mongelli is a Fellow of both the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and the Royal Australian College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and is currently a full-time specialist obstetrician at the Nepean Hospital, Sydney.

Dr. Max is a very active player. He got much recognition from various departments from the field of medical and sciences. He was appointed as a Chairman of the Organizing Committee for Biennial Scientific Meeting of the Perinatal Society of Singapore, 2002. He was also a Member of the Organizing Committee for 5th & 6th Refresher Course of Obstetric & Gynecological Society of Singapore. He served as a convener at National University Hospital Perinatal Postgraduate meetings and as a treasurer for the Perinatal Society of Singapore.
