Nutrition has been at the centre of my life for as long as I can remember...
I grew up in Launceston and spent a lot of my time enjoying fresh produce, which was grown on my family farm, and having fresh seafood collected during visits to our family shack on the beautiful East Coast of Tasmania.
This is where my interest in learning more about food and how it may improve my health and wellbeing started.
It wasn't until I began looking for more information about nutrition, that I discovered that finding accurate information was not easy and there was a lot of conflicting advice.
I was interested in finding the right answers and that led me to starting my studies of a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics and becoming a nutrition expert. Or better known as - A Dietitian!
