Having a space where you are validated and listened to, free from barriers, judgement and expectations can be so incredibly enriching for your mental health and wellbeing. It can also be a key decider and crucial toward making the decision to seek help. We really need the comfort and reassurance that comes with sharing feelings and thoughts with someone who provides undivided attention.

I am passionate about Men's General Mental Health, counselling for Grief & Loss and counselling for clients with addictions. I bring a professionalism and people-centric approaches (along with my life experiences) to my counselling and my personal life experiences add richness, empathy and depth to compliment my professional training.

I am a warm, empathic, understanding and open-minded person, who is also an exceptional listener!
