Pretty Little Ballerinas follows the Royal Academy of Dance syllabus and also offers RAD exams.
Introduce your child to the wonderful world of dance through Pretty Little Ballerinas as they provide fun yet structured classes. The class atmosphere is joyful with an emphasis on good manners, developing listening skills, understanding and maintaining good posture, and rhythm and musicality to improve co-ordination. PLB believes children learn best through imagery and story telling.
Baby Ballet: Ages 2-3 with parent/guardian. Baby Ballet is a fun-filled 30 minute ballet class designed for tiny ballerinas to dance along with their mum or dad in a fun, safe, caring environment. Each lesson they go on a magical journey with the use of storytelling, ballet based exercises and fun props to help stimulate imagination. As a parent, you will be able to see your child progress each week as they develop rhythm, balance and coordination while improving your child's self-confidence.
Twinkle Toes: Ages 3-4. Twinkle Toes classes ballerinas learn the basics of classical ballet in a relaxed, non-stressed, comfortable environment. These 40 minute ballet classes are designed to help develop musicality, poise and to excite and inspire young minds and bodies.
Princess Ballet: Ages 4-5. These pre-school age classes focus on simple ballet positions, technique, musicality and the joys of ballet. By this age ballerinas will be learning to follow more detailed directions in a fun, light-hearted, nurturing environment.

This s probably THE easiest of all partner dances. The footwork is simple and it is not regimented like other styles can be. Students are taught sound basics and are encouraged to add their own flavour over time and develop their own move sequences. Its a wonderful social outlet, a great way to make friends or meet prospective partners, its excellent fitness: you actually get fit without knowing it! This style is huge in UK and Europe. In Uk alone a reputed 750 000 people will attend a class each year.
It can be danced to modern music and old classics, including, top 40 pop, latin, RnB, Blues and swing. As you advance, the goal is to reflect the music through freestyle dancing rather than just doing moves, its the most fun you can have with your clothes on!!
