Counsellor

Jilly holds a Diploma of Counselling and currently runs a handful of clinics in the Narellan, Camden, Oran Park, Gregory Hills, and Cobbity area. She is applying herself to major studies in an Introduction to Expressive Therapies, Relationship Counselling & Conflict Resolution & Child Development & Effective parenting. Jilly has spent a excessive amount of time studying a theory called Healing Inner Conflict. This theory is directed at the mechanism's responsible for human behaviour. (see "read me" for links and info) She feels very passionate to work with her clients in a way that is best suited for the individual in order for them to benefit in the best way possible. She values and supports wellbeing and maintains her business to the highest level of standards as possible.

I believe counselling offers one the opportunity to explore personal situations and issues with a professional who is empathic, impartial and non-judgmental. It does not provide ‘magical answers’ or advice, but helps people to explore themselves and search out resolutions.

Counselling does not diagnose or prescribe, but allows you to discover the answers from within yourself, and restore the balance holistically working with the mind, body, heart and soul.

Counselling is ultimately an early intervention method of working through issues BEFORE they can become too big or heaven forbid ‘organic’, where your body / health in some way suffers.

Getting help sooner rather than later with a professional counsellor / therapist is always the most helpful. You will have opportunity to work through issues before they become more of an impact on and in your life.
