Hello, my name is Theresa Acutt. I am your qualified counsellor and have qualifications and experience in Education, Counselling and Business. Prior to becoming a business owner and qualifying as a counsellor, I worked as an Education Assistant for many years in a school setting with daily interaction with both parents and children, as well as working in Day Care Centre settings. I have worked as a personal assistant/executive secretary in various corporate organisations over a number of years and I am currently a Griefline volunteer.

What can I provide you?
Sessions Online, Face to Face or Walk and Talk - you get to choose. Each session will support you in reaching solutions that you identify and want to work towards as well as an opportunity to have a conversation with me that is non judgemental and that helps you to feel heard and listened to. You get to tell me only the things that you want to share in our sessions together and we will work together in a way you are comfortable with, to get to your preferred outcome.
