Judy is an experienced licensed Conveyancer who has been practising conveyancing for over 16 years. Conveyancing is all she's ever done, and it's all she knows. Her experience empowers her to know of all the pitfalls and hiccups that could occur in a conveyance and provide advice on how to navigate them, making the process stress-free and seamless for clients.

Judy completed the Conveyancing Law & Practice course at Macquarie University in 2008 and obtained her practising licence the same year. Judy is a leader in E-Conveyancing as she is one of a few PEXA Certified Members in The Hills area and is a part of the PEXA Partner Program.

Judy has a sound knowledge of the local market and experience with the rural market as well. She has developed productive working relationships with other professionals, mortgage brokers and real estate agents in the area. Judy is approachable, friendly and professional.

She has expertise in residential property transactions, whether it is vacant land, off the plan, new subdivisions or existing dwellings. She has a strong knowledge of Self-Managed Superannuation Fund purchases, refinancing and transfers.
