Floor sawing is one of the most commonly requested horizontal cutting requirements, which generally involves the use of a 35HP machine. Floor sawing can be carried out to a variety of depths using either single blade or double blade options, depending on the client's needs. Our operators are trained to cut a variety of surfaces including green concrete, asphalt, cured concrete, heavily reinforced concrete and suspended slabs. In difficult to access areas we use a mix of 35HP machine and handheld saws, for the difficult to get at locations. Wallsawing is generally carried out using either a handheld or track-mounted machine for vertical cutting on walls, dependent on the job specifications and location. Our operators are experienced in Geelong concrete cutting through single brick, concrete and stone. We are also able to provide a single cut operation through double brick walls with the use of a ring saw, ensuring precise openings are achieved through thicker surfaces.
