The first step is to get an understanding of your goals via a quick 15 minute phone call or zoom meeting. From there, the below steps generally take place:

I collect and verify your information to assess your financial position, all done via a secure client portal
We then reconvene, via a virtual meeting (or face-to-face in my office in Mulgrave) where I take you through a detailed look at your options where we agree on a path forward
Our team prepares the application and credit proposal for you to sign
I then manage all dealings with the lender right through to settlement, ensuring you are continually updated on progress.
